I got my start in the tree service industry at just 16 years old. No matter where life took me, I always found myself coming back to this line of work—it just stuck with me. Over time, though, I noticed the same challenges kept coming up: poor working conditions and a lack of shared values. In 2017, I knew it was time to make a change.
